Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 May 2026

Altivra HR (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the people whose data we process. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights available to you. It is designed to align with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

1. Information we collect

  • Account data — names, work emails and roles used to set up and secure your workspace.
  • Employee records — HR, payroll, attendance and leave data your organization enters as the data controller.
  • Usage data — log, device and analytics information used to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use information

We process data to provide the service, compute payroll and statutory contributions, secure accounts, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

3. Roles & responsibilities

For employee data entered into a workspace, your organization is the data controller and Altivra HR acts as a data processor on its behalf, processing data only on documented instructions.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with sub-processors that help us run the service (e.g. cloud hosting) under appropriate safeguards, and with authorities where required by law.

5. Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

6. Security

We apply multi-tenant isolation, encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging. See our Security page for details.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing.

8. Contact

For privacy requests or questions, contact us at info@altivra.net.
