These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Altivra HR platform and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
- Do not upload unlawful content or infringe others’ rights.
- Use the service only in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful basis of data you enter.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle selected at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practicable.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” Payroll and statutory computations are tools to assist you; you remain responsible for verifying compliance with current regulations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altivra HR is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period.
